TIME LIMITS
INTRO time limit: 1.5 h
REKRUT time limit: 2.5 h (ELITE waves – 2 h)
RUNMAGEDDON time limit: 4 h (ELITE waves – 3 h)
PACK COLLECTION FOR ADULT PARTICIPANTS
Packs can be collected at the Race Office. The Race Office is located in the white marquee in the race village.
To collect your pack, you must have your ID card or another photo document with you and be ready to sign declarations confirming that you have been informed about the dangers waiting on the course, about our possible use of your image and about the possibility of us sending you information about Runmageddon. In line with your online registration, these are the conditions required to take part in the event.
You can speed up the collection of your pack by bringing your individual QR code, which you will find in your user panel.
THE PACK MUST BE COLLECTED IN PERSON, PRESENTING AN ID DOCUMENT OR YOUR INDIVIDUAL QR CODE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT A PACK ON SOMEONE ELSE’S BEHALF.
PACK COLLECTION FOR KIDS/INTRO U-16
To collect your pack comfortably and get ready for the start, please report to the KIDS Race Office/Race Office at least 60 minutes before the start.
When collecting packs, the guardians of underage Participants will sign the declarations using QR codes on tablets. The QR code is available at [www.runmageddon.pl after](https://www.runmageddon.pl po) logging into the profile of the person who registered for the race. The QR code can be presented either electronically or in printed form.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. If the person collecting the pack IS NOT the legal guardian of the underage participant, they must have a completed transfer of guardianship declaration.
2. The guardian must present an ID card when collecting the pack.
3. In the Intro U-16 and KIDS Elite formats, a photo document confirming the participant’s date of birth is required (e.g. a school ID).
FAMILY PACK COLLECTION
We recommend that Participants come to the Race Office at least 60 min before the start. When collecting packs, Participants will sign the declarations using QR codes on tablets.
All adult Participants must be present when collecting the packs in order to sign the declaration on the tablet in person. Underage Participants may, but do not have to, be present when the pack is collected.
If NONE of the adult Participants collecting the pack is the legal guardian of any of the underage Participants, you must bring the appropriate number of completed transfer of guardianship declarations.

At our events there is always a free bag drop where you can leave your belongings.
