Where and when can I pick up the starter package?
The package can be picked up at the Race Office.
THE PACKAGE MUST BE PICKED UP PERSONALLY, BY PRESENTING ID CARD/ IDENTITY DOCUMENT. PARTICIPANTS UDER 18 HAVE TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE PARENT / LEGAL GUARD
1. We are introducing a QR code system: it is important for each Participant to have such code prepared to scan (either from the telephone or printed out) before approaching the Race Office and collecting the oackage
2. As part of the system, we implement QR codes that will be issued to each participant. This is a permanent code assigned to the User during the first registration on our website. Competitors already registered in the system, have their codes assigned and generated automatically and they are available in the User's panel. After paying for the start, it will be sent via e-mail with confirmation of participation.
3. To make it easier to read the code from the phone, please increase the brightness in the device.
4. While waiting in queu, please read the statement that will be displayed on the boards to improve the flow of participants through the Race Office.
5. During the registration, please enter the correct data, consistent with your ID card. If you have already entered incorrect data (e.g. pseudo, Ania instead of Anna etc.), please change it before the run.

PARK PLACES
Parking lots are located about 2 km from the Event Town – along the entire Ciepłownicza St. and Jagodne St. Buses with our markings will run between parking lots and the town. Buses run every 30 minutes back and forth. In total, they will perform 130 courses. We leave the cars in paved parking lots. We do not provide guarded parking lots, but as part of cooperation, the security of the company renting parking lots will have them under control, we also have such assurance from the police.
We decided that during the night race we will allow Participants to park in the VIP car park and access street. We remove the zone block 30 minutes before the first start of the Night Rekrut. Participats will be directed and positioned in parking lots by Firefighters and volunteers. Thus, we turn off daytime car parks 2 km away, and the bus line will run on the PKP Otwock -Mazur Karczew route without serving the car parks at Jagodne and Ciepłownicza St.

-> You will get to the Runmageddon stops directly from Warszawa Śródmieście Station, Kolejowe Mazowieckie or SKM
-> You can find our buses at the Otwock PKP station,, on Orla street.
-> And at the car parks in Karczew, at Ciepłownicza and Jagodne streets.
It will not be possible to park nerby the event town - we are planning, with the cooperation with the city, to close the entire quarter of the streets (traffic ban, barriers and police) so as not to block access through narrow streets.

The timetable is synchronized with train arrivals at the Otwock PKP station, the first stop is 50 meters from the platforms. Drivers will also take Participants "on the way"
Picking-up the packages
PLEASE RECEIVE PACKAGES AS SOON AS IT IS POSSIBLE, BEGINNING ON FRIDAY, to avoid queues and stress on the day of the event! PACKAGE CAN ONLY BE RECEIVED PERSONALLY – it is issued after showing an ID card or passport. THE HANDBAND IS PLACED ON PARTICIPANT’S WRIST BY A VOLUNTEER ON THE PACKAGE RECEIPT DAY.
Of course, only people with the PAYED status are eligible to take part in the race. In case of any changes you will be informed about them by e-mail.
Fan Town
On every Runamgeddon you are invited to the Runmageddon Fan Town. Admission is free. Everyone can admire competitors who fight the most attractive obstacles, take advantage of the rich gastronomic offer, visit the clothing store powered by Runmageddon Pitbull West Coast or take part in activities prepared by the sponsors of Runmageddon.
Participant's FAQ:
- I would like to sign up to the event on its venue on the day of the start, is it possible?
Yes, new entries are possible THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE RACE, but it depends on vacancies in the series.
- As an underaged person do I need to bring my parent?
Yes. Minors who'd like to start in Intro and Recrut formulas need to bring their parent along to the competition office. Otherwise they won't be allowed to participate.
- What do I need to bring with me in order to pick up the package?
You must have a personal ID or other document with a photo and be prepared to sign a statement that you have been informed about the dangers lurking on the route, the possibility of using your image and the possibility of sending you information about Runmageddon. According to the online application, these are the necessary conditions for participation in the event.

- Can I run in spikes (spiked shoes)?
ABSOLUTELY NO - this is strictly forbidden.
- Can anyone come to watch Participants struggles?
Of course! Participants are welcomed with their family, neighbors and mistresses (including future ones). And if you want to watch the spectacular competition, then there will be no better place than Runmageddon! The fan zone will include the most interesting obstacles!
- Do I have to have a starting number written with a marker on my forehead?
It is obligatory for every participant to start with the number on his forehead / cheek or other visible place.
- Where can I find photos from the event?
We will upload photos from the route and Finish on our Facebook page! Stay up to date and follow us on social media!
- I want to take photos on RMG, can I?
Of course you can- there will be a lot to capture for sure!
- What should I take with me?
We recommend a sports outfit, which you won’t mind to mire and put to a tough test. Of course, you will get a t-shirt from us in the starter pack, but the shoes are not included. Work / protective gloves can be useful, as well as a towel and clothes to change after. You can tie your shoes with tape - it helps to keep them on your feet. In you need, you can buy protective gloves in the store. Take something more elegant with you, because after each event, we throw a huge After Party in the city!
- Where can I leave my stuff?
There will be a free deposit at your disposal at the event town.
- I won’t manage to cope with an obstacle – what now?
Usually you can do 20 burpees and you're back on the route! But we are sure YOU CAN TAKE THIS CHALLENGE - YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON OTHERS HELPING HAND! :) An ELITE wave has other rules of overcoming obstacles, they are described in detail in the OBSTACLES tab.
- Is there a time limit to complete the route?
Time limits depend on the level of difficulty of the route, but usually oscillate around the following times:
Intro - 1.5 h
Recruit - 2.5 hours
Classic - 4 h
Hardcore - 6 h
Ultra - 12 h (first Hardcore loop - 5h)
